Is it a good idea to pursue PGDM (regular) course? I am working with ADFC (sister concern of HDFC) as an operations executive since 4 years.

Yes, it is. PGDM and MBA are just two terminologies with the same meaning. When you do from an institute its called PGDM and when you do it from a university its called MBA. No difference. Even if you do it from IIM you get a PGDM degree because its an institute.

Yes ,it's a good idea. Pursuing PGDM (regular) will help you in getting vast knowledge of Management Studies.
But, you should do PGDM from a good college. -
