Is it a good idea to switch from travel and tourism to hotel Industry?
I'd recently joined VFS Global Services which is a tourism industry based company. I'm thinking to switch after 1-2 years experience and join a hotel industry. Is it a good idea? What should I do please suggest me. Waiting for your reply!

This is very difficult to answer still I will try. As it depends on you skill sets and attitude. Also, whats your expertise and choice of department. Hotel Industry is never a tough place to work but everyone is not made for that. Also, which brand have you selected. So you have to weight your work life balance then to decide.
