Is it a good option for me to pursue BE +IAS? I am interested in both. What kind of jobs will I get with this qualification?

Firstly, you can do your B.E. after your 12th and by doing B.E. Your graduation is completed then you are eligible to give IAS exam so firstly Do B.Tech and then prepare for Civil Services examination.
