Hotel Management and medical streams are totally different from each other and I dont think there can be a comparison amongst the two. Although I have fairly good understanding about hotel management stream, there are good number of opportunities available in the market and many foreign hotels hire students from India. As per a recent article in the internet, overall students placed in HM stream are comparatively higher as compared to other streams like engineering. So I think its a good stream where one can think of building a career. It also promises a better package.
