Is it a good option to do MBA from Canada after completing BE, without any work experience? What is the scope of MBA in HR?

For MBA from Canada you need to have work experience. Without work experience, you can't get admission to any well-reputed Canadian university.

can mechanical experience be shown for that or the administration experience is mandatory for getting admission?
