Is it a good option to do MBA in HR after completing engineering? Full time MBA program or distance learning - which is better?

Absolutely HR is quite brilliant option as far as other streams are concern,
Every Brand MNC required full time MBA, distance MBA is not sufficient for the growth of the career.
