Is it a good option to migrate from php to asp.net

I have 1year 8 months of experience in php web development. Now I would like to move on to asp.net.

Rohit, PHP (LAMP) is in demand now & .NET is also an equally competitive platform. Both technologies are a bit sluggish now & market orientation has moved towards Joomla, Hadoop etc. (Try to change your job with more challenges or more opportunities to learn & explore latest technologies) Str
