Is it a good option to pursue MBA in finance after completing MCA? What is its scope?

The skills required for MBA and MBA finance are different. MBA in systems / IT would be a better option as this would help you to leverage your MCA learning as well. Whereas, MBA (finance) has more to do with accounts.
