Is it a good option to pursue MBBS in India? Or should I prefer any foreign country to pursue MBBS?
I prefer Australia and UK to study abroad.

From an Indian perspective, yes it is!
Now here's the deal. You will get to hear lots of statements from people saying not to go for MBBS Abroad and take another drop year, especially from the Indian medical students.
But you've gotta stick to your decision of doing MBBS from abroad.
If you couldn't score well in NEET and thinking of another drop year. I'd say firstly drop the idea of a drop year and take admission in a foreign medical university ASAP.

Best- you can do MBBS in India complete further studies in foreign country whichever you want to go. through this you wouldn't have to clear Foreign medical graduate exam in India, also you can practice in india after completing further studies in foreign.
Also India has better clinical experience in medical College than in australia and UK,
If you have more than enough money like 2-3 crores to spend in next 10 years and also want to settle there - than opt for MBBS in australia or UK now.
If you have Lil less money to spend go for earlier suggestions
