Hi Jaspal, yes WELTEC is a New Zealand Govt. Owned Institute. Under NZ policy, WELTEC does not need to be affiliated to any university & awards its own qualifications. For any queries related to WELTEC, you may contact Mr Siva Guda, International Marketing Manager, WELTEC at siva.guda@weltec.ac.nz.

It is Affiliated to WelTec(Foreign University)
