Is it a right choice to give 2 to 3 years after my 12th boards for the preparation of IIT JEE?

  • Hello Prahalad,
    Don't ever waste 2-3 years after 12th to get into IIT. It is not that tough and just studying for 2-3 years will make you a candidate of no use.
    Yes, the interviewers look for the continuity of study. If you drop atleast a year, they will be asking you. So it is better to drop 1-year (only if you want and if you can). Otherwise, join a good college with your board exam scores and become the best engineer by doing higher studies.

    Don't waste your 2-3 years. Instead, take admission in a good college and pursue engineering, and become a good engineer.
