Is it a right choice to pursue BCA from IGNOU? I have completed class 12th from commerce with mathematics.

1). ignou is a top distance university.
2). but they don't know the working condition of some jobs like civil engr.(12hrs.job), software job(say24hrs).
3) doing these jobs, who have time to write "ASSIGNMENTS" for their courses like
BCA & BTCM
4) so choose any local university, which not ask for assignments, finally decision is urs . .
