Is it a right choice to pursue PG programme in zoology at LPU?

M.Sc. (Hons. ). Zoology at LPU is a four semester programme, to enable graduate students to pursue doctoral studies or professional employment, through imparting in depth knowledge in specific domain of animal biology along with three semester independent research project leading to dissertation. Research Orientation is based on subjects such as workshop on instrumentation, scientific writing and ethics help students to build research aptitude. Specializations offered in the Subjects in areas of Entomological Sciences, Organism Biology and Fishery Sciences provide students with the advance knowledge and emerging trends in these areas. Dissertation courses split in 3 different semesters are incorporated in the curriculum to provide research and hands on experience to students in problem identification, laboratory work, data analysis and interpretation. Conferences and Workshops are also conducted in LPU in which Participation in national and international level conferences and workshops help in the holistic development of students with scientific competence. Professional Enhancement - In addition to core curricula, course offers subjects like analytical and soft skills to enhance personality and employability.
