Is it a right decision to change my course from B.Sc nursing to BPT?

Hi Ishu, It depends on where your interest lies, both courses are good and have a great future. B.Sc in Physiotherapy is an undergraduate course in science. The duration of the course is 3 to 4 years (depending on the University that offers the course). The course study mainly covers the method and techniques used in the eradication of diseases via physical exercises. The modern methods in physiotherapy treatment such as electrotherapy, rehabilitation therapy, etc are also covered under the course. Further, physiotherapy also has a vast range of career options to choose. People can either work in India or go abroad and flourish their career in physiotherapy. On the other hand, after completion of the nursing course, there are various career opportunities available. The nurses can get jobs in both government and private sectors. Mostly they work in areas like government and private hospitals, nursing homes, old age homes, orphanages, various industries, sanatoriums and armed forces. So, it depends on where your interest lies and then you can take a call accordingly.
