Is it a right decision to drop a year for the preparation of JEE Mains after completing class 12th?

I have scored 53 marks in JEE Mains 2017 and have also given JEE Advanced exam.

    Yes, sure if you have not cleared JEE Mains, it's better to drop 1-year or you can join a good private college like LPU, VIT, SRM, BITS, etc. If you have given the entrance exam for the respective college.
