Is it a right decision to go for executive training pograms while working

i had listen from some people that it become worst to do training after executive.as u dont get the time to study and some says the training after executive is not worth,and also students may not be able to maintain between studies and training?

Yes that's true but there is "No Shortcut to Success" you must work hard on training and make your senior representatives feel that you can do much better if you complete 'Final'. This is the best practice, even I have adopted for my CS Executive Level...
