Is it a right decision to go for executive training pograms while working
i had listen from some people that it become worst to do training after executive.as u dont get the time to study and some says the training after executive is not worth,and also students may not be able to maintain between studies and training?

As every Individual is different, their capabilities and the way one perform would vary, so depending on how confident and comfortable you are, doing your training along with Executive or professional level, you can start your training.

IIMs as well as other top b school in world have executive education programme
Yes, doing executive education from any institute is wastage but if a institute is running programme such as 1 month's compulsory leadership development programme in campus and others

Yes that's true but there is "No Shortcut to Success" you must work hard on training and make your senior representatives feel that you can do much better if you complete 'Final'. This is the best practice, even I have adopted for my CS Executive Level...
