Yes, absolutely, Computer Science and Engineering has been one of the most lucrative and competitive course to study since its inception in Indian engineering colleges. I would like to recommend those who have valid and eligible JEE Main scores then they could go for Lovely Professional University that offers B.Tech in various programs such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. Some of the points why one must consider B.Tech from LPU.
    1. LPU has 600+ acres of campus in Punjab and more than 25000+ students study there among many countries.
    2. A-one infrastructure- All the facilities are available

I just want to highlight that LPU don't offer any packages, it is an institution which provides a platform to achieve your dreams by putting efforts and getting good results of the efforts. I personally believe that output is the function of inputs means if input is good, output has to be, so is the case for the placements of LPU. My niece who took admission last year told that LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The syllabus is vetted from the company officials of Cognozant, SAP, Microsoft etc. To provide updated curriculum. LPU has his own space shuttle p

Yes, it is a right decision to pursue B.Tech CSE from LPU, because LPU provides excellent quality of education, not only education but it also offers a remarkable placements opportunities for college students. So I don't know from where you have heard about that LPU is not offering placements. Because the first and foremost thing is that to get placements it totally depends upon you. As every student is different, so just by listening unplaced students reviews and on the basis thing that the placement is not good is not a good way to decide the college.
