IMS has good placement records. Furthermore, faculty members are experienced and skilled. Talking specifically about HR, placements are not as good as Marketing and Finance. Finally it completely depends on your interest and your performance. If you are good at concepts related to HR and have good communication skills, you will definitely get a good placement.
