Is it a right decision to pursue Masters in administrative science in Fairleigh Dickinson University, Canada?

I did BDS from India in 2017 and scored 6.5 in IELTS.

Yes, course, FDU is good even in ranking i.e (4.0). You can also take GRE to get admission in a better college than FDU with a scholarship program (50%-100%), but it doesn't mean that FDU is not good. If you have decided for FDU then go for it. I wish you have a bright future.
