Is it a right decision to pursue Masters in Engineering Management or Management Technology after BE ECE ?

I have done my bachelors in Electronics and Communication from MIT Manipal and have 1 and half year of experience in ST Microelectronics Noida. I am planning to persue mu Masters degree form Singapore and my interest in is Engineering management or Management of Technology. So is my decision right?
