Is it a right decision to pursue MBA HR through distance education? Which is the best University for the same?

I have more than 1 year of experience as Recruitment consultant. I want to make my career in the field of HR.

MBA is about management. You will have learn to manage various resources. Doing distance education can be recommended if you have some experience and are in job with no time for regular studies. Lot of learning in MBA happens through discussions, activities and case studies.

You can try a lot of options for doing it in distance. Private universities like Symbiosis, Amity, Narsee Monjee, Welingkar are few to name that provide distance PGD and MBA.
