Is it a waste of time and money to pursue dual graduation? Is it worth doing B.Sc in H&HA at the age of 21?
I've done BMS and now interested in B.Sc in H&HA. Is it worth doing at this age?

Generally, it is quite a decision.However in case you are sure thatyou wish to change your field then you can go ahead with it.
