Is it a wise decision for a hotel management graduate to make his career in HR
My son has completed his grauation in Hotel Management.
He wants to do H.R. , whether it is profitable in his line.
Kindly advise what to do

Studying for HR degree will surely be beneficial . It may be good to know that most HR functions are outsourced to HR agencies. Hence job opportunities exist with these organisations too. However if your son can work in the Hotel Industry and graduate with a HR degree he may pave his way to the hote

The field of HR is very critical , and requires , innate skills. You cannot become an HR professional. I suggest your son start working and gain work experience, which should be the priority right now. He can look at adding on to his qualification , in the future.

He can do MBA (HR) or MBA (Hospitality Management). It will be profitable.
