hello yusufi,
Germany offers a quality research in certain aspects. I being a Biomedical Engineer can suggest you to consider germany as well as singapore and USA

Hi Yusufi, Biomedical Engineering has better scope in countries like UK and Australia. If you would like to speak to a counsellor on German education then you can contact the nearest DAAD office. They conduct counselling sessions by appointment.
