Not Really. I would not suggest you to apply for a Msc course after 2.5 years of work experience. Msc courses are generally designed for students who are fresh college passouts or have less than a year work experience.
The best course for you would be a MBA.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If

If you 2.5 years work experience you can do MBA as you will get three years experience by the time you go. However it depndes on what course UG you did and are you doing job in the same line of your education, do you have managemnt role in the present job ?

What matters is what kind of management course you do and where. And how you sell yourself to the employers. We guide you at no cost to yourself (Ria from Scotland, UK - ria.s@india.com)

Hi Sda, It would not be advisable if these 2.5 yrs are managerial or supervisory. Even freshers are eligible for Msc management course. So unless you are sure what you want to do after completing this course do not opt for it. So you must opt for course that would teach you something you do not know
