Is it advisable to pursue MBA in HR after PGDHRM?

I have done PGDHRM (2 years) from SCDL Pune.

No, I don;t think so. PGDHRM should be sufficient for a career in Human resource field. Instead I would suggest that you try to get some experience in field in a large organization. If at all you want to study further then you can study computer programming so that it can help you further in your ca
