Is it advisable to quit B.Tech in mid session and go for BBA, and is it possible to get job after B.tech with low marks?

hi ,im currently doing my btech 1st year..i feel it difficult for me to study . and im not sure that if i could pass the first year exam . what if i quit engineering and go for bba? will i get job even if i fail for Btech?

at starting it is seem to be difficult but if you are taking intres and practicaly work then afetr sme time it is not ificult for you
