Is it allowed to pursue two courses simultaneously from different regular universities/colleges?

It is not allowed (not valid) to have two degrees in the same academic year. It is mainly for this reason that two courses are not done simultaneously. However technically speaking you can do them after ensuring that you do NOT end up getting both the degrees in the came academic year.

Two regular courses can't be pursued together, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course.
No doubt, managing two or more courses will be strenuous task and will demand proper time. So, think and decide whether you can balance.
