Hello Chandra, Ragging is a criminal offence. Now a days every institution is a ragging free institution. Government has taken up some norms to ban ragging from the college. So now the ragging has been evolving from brutal torture to a friendly nature. Still if you find that ragging is being carried out brutally on someone then you can complain
