    Hello Chandra,
    Ragging is a criminal offence.
    As per Supreme Court's judgement, any student found indulging in ragging will be rusticated
    from the university and would be liable for legal action.Anyone found indulging in ragging will face immediate expulsion from the university and will also be debarred from pursuing course from any other institution.
    It is mandatory for all students to submit an undertaking on a stamp paper (Rs. 10/-) stating
    that they will not indulge in any form of ragging activities to their respective deans and HOD's within one week of commencement of classes.

    Now a days every institution is a ragging free institution. Government has taken up some norms to ban ragging from the college. So now the ragging has been evolving from brutal torture to a friendly nature. Still if you find that ragging is being carried out brutally on someone then you can complaint it to the anti ragging committee that has been appointed by the college authority. They will take the necessary action.
    BBA admission is not that tough as they conduct their own entrance and if you can score well then you can secure an admission in the college. The procedure is admission through CET conducted by BVDU. you can see their web
