Hi Vish,
Although, there are one or two Institutes providing Single Sitting degree such as KSOU, Osmania University etc. but these single sitting degrees doesn't hold value in the job market even if it is UGC recognized. So, advisable would be that you should complete your graduation by readmitting

It is not valid degree my dear. UGC norms are u must have to spend 3 years for completing the Degree.
