Is it applicable to do BCA after completing my diploma in Computer Science Major?

BCA is the graduation degree of Bachelor's Computer Applications and for that you need to pursue 10+ 2 with minimum of 50% in your PUC. So, I think you are not eligible

Yes u can apply for BCA,you can go for lateral entry in to 2nd year BCA,call me at 23245520
