    Being alumni of LPU, I would say Lovely Professional University would be a better option to opt CSE because LPU provides a better quality of education as well as placements to the students. LPU is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Lately, number of admissions in CSE department has been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants.     Being an alumni of LPU, I can say choosing LPU for B.Tech in CSE is a good decision ever. I have also studied there my Masters in Business Administration in LPU and my cousin was in B.Tech CSE. There are lot of opportunity for CSE students in LPU, few are mentioned below:

    Without any bias towards any particular college, I will offer you my own perspective. It depends on your end goals or objectives. Most of the Engineering Colleges in India don't focus much on developing the overall personality of the student. Anyways Your decision making should not be on the basis of placements, packages but on quality of students ( your peer group), faculty, infrastructure, curriculum, and the alumni network.
