Is it beneficial for me to apply to Canada Universities and snubbing the US ones because of the elections there?

Oh come on! What do the elections in the USA have to do with your academic career? I suggest go with the USA as Canada does not have that many universities. But then, come back to India. Please. Ah well fine! You can relocate to Canada with the US degree. Thanks for the opportunity. Hope this helps!
