    Yes, knowledge of MIS does help as an HR manager. MIS generally deals with implementation if process improvement techniques. Initial stages of any process changes receive resistance from employees and here comes the role of HR to fully understand it and give some innovative solutions. In India, still, most of the organizations are working in traditional way and technological advances needs improvement in their orthodox processes. Hence, numerous opportunities are there as an HR manager and knowledge of MIS will give you an edge over others.
