Is it beneficial to pursue CPA and switch my job?

I have completed CA in 2013 and right now I am practicing the same.

A CPA student enjoys the membership of AICPA (American institute of certified public accountants), while a CA student enjoys membership of ICAI (Institute of chartered accountants of India).
