Is it beneficial to study PGDM for a person having 13 years of experience in engineering?

Do an executive 1-year MBA from a good institute as you have a lot of experience. PGDM would be of two years.

IIMS, MDI, Great Lakes, ISB, many institutes offer one year MBA. They also assist in placements, though not sure. Need a GMAT score of 680 to 740 to get a call. About CAT percentile, I am not sure.
