    Hi Baljeet,
First of all I would like to say that the eligibility to go for MBA is 50% and above aggregate marks from a recognized University so if you have good percentage in Graduation you can go ahead and sit for MBA Entrance Examination after which you have to clear GD & PI. However, you can get a decent profile even with B.Sc Computer Science you can get into the role of researcher, Quality Analyst etc. or can plan M.Sc and get into teaching field.

Ya its normal for science students to join management and yes it will be best for your career but its your life so I think you have to take decision about either you want to join it or not. Only thing I want to say is that you must take decision according to your interest means if you love to study science than stay in it otherwise change it, career switch is normal now a days.

First of all, comp sc. itself has a very wide scope. If you have interest in the firld, you can easily get the job. The market is full of administrator jobs like network admin, desktop admin etc. Besides there are many vacancies on the testing side too. For more information, login to naukri.com
In case you have interest in comp sc. but dont want to work as a programmer etc, it is better to go for MBA in IT. Best colleges providing the same are IIMC(PGDCM), SCIT etc.
