    I'll give you some data after that you can decide which one is better. Let us compare Harvard University USA and IIM Ahmedabad. Both are in the rank one position in their respective countries.
    Fees
    The minimum amount to do MBA from Harvard is around RS 60-70Lakhs and from IIM it is around Rs 20-30Lakhs including all fees and stay.
    Placement
    The average package of Harvard is Rs 76lakhs and IIM is Rs 26lakhs. Some few will get international placement form IIM where the salary will be very high. But the probability of International placement of IIM is very low as compared to Harvard.

    Nitesh, What is your main objective of doing MBA. A good JOB in reputed company with high salary package. NO matters from where you are doing your MBA. But university or college from where you are going to do must be good for study and placements. In India lots of Universities are there.
