Is it better to do an MBA or take up a job for a B.Pharm final year student

i am in my b.pharm final year n i want to do MBA plz suggest which option is better to join after completing my course or better go for a job. i dont have good career percentage in my 12th exam.

Pharmaceuticals is a growing industry and if you want to grow as a professional in this area you should go for a MBA which trains you to be a leader and think holistically.
