It is better to do CA after 12th/deg./pg/Ph.D. No pre requisites are required for the same, the course itself gives both basic and practical knowledge along its completion.

Yes, you can go for it, but it will be very tough for you because you are unaware of the basics of commerce and CA is better for commerce students only, not for science students.
