Is it better to do CA with B.Com (H) from SOL or just CA is sufficient?

I scored 96% in 11th & I'm willing to work hard to land into a good job. But I cannot decide if what exact course of action I should take. I just don't want to miss an opportunity. What all matters while you're considered for a job? People say that correspondence degree is not accepted for jobs.
