Is it better to do class 12th as compared to Diploma?

It depends on your priority. If your financial condition is not good or you want to get an early job then opt for Diploma otherwise continue with your class 12th.

Yes, you should complete class 12th first, then opt for B.Tech. If you fail to do so, then pursue Diploma. -
It is better to complete HSC education as compared to Diploma. Diploma doesn't have much weigthage.
