Is it better to do Masters degree from India if one is planning to go abroad after BPT? I have an aggregate of 75% in BPT.

If you planning to go abroad, then why not pursue your Masters from any prestigious college abroad. On the other note there is no harm or demerit in pursuing your Masters from India if you are planning on going abroad in future.
