Its any way better to do an MBA after your graduation if you aim to quickly ascent the corporate ladder. MBA after M Com will help you diversify your job plans.

Mba itself is a master's degree and places you well if done from reputed institute so you can do it after graduation.

If planning to build career in managerial position in management field, then I would definitely recommend to do MBA programs and that too from some reputed colleges as you itself get placements in good company from the college itself.
