If you are very passionate and hard working, or MBA course is adding much value in your career growth, then you can opt for MBA. Or, you have completed your engineering, but your work or pay is not much what you are expecting, then you can opt for MBA. Otherwise you should continue with your work or switch to any other company. Alongside it, you can do MBA as well.

It depends upon your interest. If you are financially okay then you should choose MBA right after graduation because you are at that place from where you know your interests. But if you will do it after 1 year of experience then it might be a difficult for someone who are not in that Habits where you should focus on your learning.

You will be clearer in your approach about what you want or regarding a particular goal if you select to work for a few years before pursuing an MBA. After you have a set of defined career goals, you can apply to an MBA programme of your choice. The minimum work experience requirement for aspirants is 2 years for most universities. There are some that don't require any work experience at all, but around two years of it should be enough to help you climb the ladder.
