Is it better to do mba from b grade bschool or study masters in usa from low profile college and then do mba afterwards?

My % in btech is 55

It is always better to do MBA from B grade B-school than doing from USA. If are planning to do from USA 1. You can not work outside for six month to support your self. 2. Once you finish your degree you will end up working in some groceries shop or mall. 3. you can not able to apply for work permit.
