HI Preeti, MBA IT will give you a knowledge of management subjects as well. So if you would like to move into management side of the IT companies then MBA IT is a good option. If you would to remain in the technical side through out your career then MSC IT is a good option.

MBA IT is a managment profile whereas MSc IT is a technical one. so evaluate your interests and proceed. if you feel like you are intereted in technical work related to computers, go for MSc else MBA is the lucrative option.

B.Tech is Equivalent to M.Sc so there is no Use of doing M.Sc after Engineering. Better do MBA in IT.

By doing MBA the line of your career would transform towards your advancement in management, while by doing MSc (IT), your career would restrict up to execution or teaching jobs only.
