Is it better to do undergrad from Delhi from a pvt university then go abroad for the best business schools money can get you or do both abr?

ive been looking to go abroad for a while now. but my family has reserved money for me however it is not enough for both undergrad and postgrad from abroad. i was looking at amity noida or symbiosis noida for undergrad and then ivy league colleges for masters in usa or utoronto or ubc in canada,nus
