is it better to enrol in IP Univ for BALLB or do graduation in D.U. and then LLB?

It's totally upon you. If law is your cup of tea then doing graduation before it, is foolish. If you do law after 12th then the course is for 5 years. But after graduation it account for 7 years (4+3).
If you do BA. LLB then you can go for Judicial services, work in a law firm, act as a legal advis
