Is it better to learn C+ directly or C+ after learning C?

It is better to learn C first because C+ is based on C. C+ is a high level objected oriented programming language!
If you first learn C, then it is very easy for you to learn C+!

Learning C will definitely help, although it's not a requirement. They basically share almost the same syntax.
